Summer Break!

May has been a month of celebration and exploration at our learning centers. As the academic year paused for a well-deserved summer break for our kindergarten students, our tenth graders received their results, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey. Our younger students embarked on an enlightening excursion. This month also saw our centers enriched by the presence of international volunteers too. Join us as we reflect on these memorable moments and look forward to the continued growth and success of our children.


Project +10 Results

On the 9th of May, the much-awaited results for the 10th grade were announced. We rejoiced as 37 out of 44 students excelled, passing with flying colors. Arshiya's remarkable accomplishment of securing 85% was a significant source of pride and happiness for us. The atmosphere was filled with joy as we celebrated the students' achievements and readied them for the exciting journeys that lie ahead.

Summer Camp

On May 13th, Ms. Vivienne and Ms. Meha hosted a summer camp for children from 1st to 10th grade, held for three days a week, on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Over the course of two weeks, they conducted classes that included activities such as games, rhymes, yoga, coloring, play dough, singing, dancing, painting, and beadwork, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.

Ms. Adwitha Sunshine led a self-defense class for six 7th grade students from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It was a time well spent during vacation learning and having fun with the volunteers and friends.

Boeing Aeromodelling Competition

On May 3rd, we organized an educational adventure, taking 29 of our project +10 students from grades 7 to 10 to the renowned SJB Institute of Technology. There, they observed the enthralling finals of the Boeing National Aeromodelling Competition for the year 2023-24. This spectacular event profoundly impacted our students, inspiring them for future pursuits. Ms. Praveena Yagnambhat, Chief of staff - Boeing, had an informative discussion with the students, enhancing their learning experience. Additionally, they enjoyed a delightful breakfast and lunch, contributing to the day's unforgettable moments.


Volunteers From Netherlands

This month we had the pleasure of hosting a group of 11 volunteers from Netherlands IBR (International Business Research)-Groningen. In a delightful community give-back project, the team planned and organized various arts and crafts activities, energetic dances, and engaging games for our K4 and K5 Students. The children, staff, and the IBR team together had a wonderful time. The team brought with them a wealth of knowledge and cultural exchange. They participated in special events, leaving a lasting impact on our students and staff alike.

Trip To Mysore

On the 26th of May, we set off on a remarkable journey, taking 40 of our students from the 10th-grade, 2023-24 batch, on an extraordinary trip to the enchanting city of Mysore. This excursion allowed us to create lasting memories, visiting the grand palace, Mysore Zoo, a historic church, and the KRS Dam, all of which will remain imprinted in their hearts forever.
