Academics and Activities

In a vibrant kindergarten setting, children receive a well-rounded education that includes a variety of engaging activities. They enjoy ample playtime in a well-equipped play area, fostering both fun and physical development. Teachers dedicate time to one-on-one activities, ensuring personalized attention for each child. The curriculum covers all essential subjects, including reading and writing, creating a strong academic foundation. The children are happy, well-adjusted, and enthusiastic about coming to school each day. Additionally, they receive regular nutritious breakfasts and lunches, supporting their overall health and well-being. This nurturing environment helps children thrive both academically and socially.

Vana Mahotsava Day

This month, our school joyfully celebrated Van Mahotsav Day. The children engaged in various art and craft activities, including drawing and coloring, all centered around the theme of Van Mahotsav. Our K5 students also participated in a special activity in their play area, making the celebration even more memorable. The event was a wonderful opportunity for the children to express their creativity and learn about the importance of trees and nature.

Dr. Shymala & Family's Visit

Dr. Shyamala, accompanied by her family, recently paid a visit to our school to meet the children she sponsors, Varsha and Mohammed Saqib. They were overjoyed to tour the school and interact with the children. In addition,

Mr. P Satyanath, Dr. Shyamala's father-in-law, who was also present, chose to sponsor another child, Samarth, during the visit. The visit was a heartwarming experience for everyone involved, highlighting the strong bonds and positive impact of sponsorship on the students’ lives.

Mr. Ram and Mr. Bharath's Visit

The students at Building Blocks are fortunate to have benefactors who sponsor their education from the 1st to the 10th grade. Mr. Ram and Mr. Bharat, our patrons for the Project +10, recently visited the center and met with all the students involved in the project. They also spent time with the students and their parents. We are grateful to Mr. Bharat and Mr. Ram for sponsoring our students as well as bloom project, which is a women empowerment program through digital literacy.

Parent Teacher Meeting

The Building Blocks Social Work team regularly meets with parents to discuss various aspects of schooling, including their children's progress, attendance, and areas needing attention. This fosters a sense of responsibility among parents to contribute to their children's effective education. This month an orientation meeting was held by Ms. Christina and Ms. Pushpa, our social work team to discuss the various aspects of the schooling.
